On my first day of class, my Health Psychology professor said something that I will never forget. She said that if we were to take anything from her class, it would be this: build and maintain a strong social support circle. This piqued my interest in the concept of relationships.

One of life’s beautiful gifts is the gift of relationships. I believe that relationships are intimately tied to our well-being. Unfortunately, life is full of unexpected challenges that can throw us off course. It’s often difficult to navigate these problems on our own, and we may feel overwhelmed or unsure of how to proceed. I offer a non-judgmental and culturally sensitive space to work together to achieve your goals, better your relationships, and navigate stressors. I like to use a creative approach in combining different therapeutic practices tailored to your needs while also empowering you by using a strengths-based approach.

Whether you are looking for guidance in learning to navigate conflict, move on from infidelity or find a peaceful way to end your relationship, my goal is to help you process your emotions, gain clarity within your situation and build and maintain problem-solving skills.

I have completed my Level 1 and Level 2 in Gottman Couples Method training, issued by the Gottman Institute, and I completed over 36 hours of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) training. My most utilized therapy modalities consist of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Couple and Sex Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). Outside of therapy, I enjoy painting, singing (though not well) and all the desserts!

Please feel free to contact me for a free, 15-minute consultation if you have any questions or would like more information on beginning sessions. I look forward to meeting you!
